.beyondcomms is headed by Sebastian Grube who is committed to building a more compassionate and courageous world through amplifying voices. This mission has led Sebastian to launch .beyondcomms through which he works with founders and brands who are committed to building communities that make a difference. Sebastian’s background is in the arts with a practice of vocal performance and theater directing. During the completion of his MBA, he solidified his commitment to bringing artistic sensibilities into the business world to build spaces that allow others to be their full authentic selves.
